Important message to our valued customer (COVID-19)

The health and safety of our clients and the people who work for us is of utmost importance. So, as we all deal with the effects of coronavirus (Covid-19), we wanted to keep you informed of what we are doing to create a safe space at ENERGI Fenestration Solutions. Our plants operate according to the recommendations, requirements and measures put in place by the various local governments. Here is also an overview of the steps taken to ensure everyone’s safety:

    • All international travel outside Canada & USA has been halted
    • All travel (by air or land) from Canada to the USA and from USA to Canada has been halted
    • All travel (by air or land) between ENERGI plants, even within the same country, unless it’s authorized by Executive Management, has been halted
    • Travel to customers (by air or land) within the same country, unless it’s authorized by Executive Management, has been halted
    • Travel to suppliers (by air or land) within the same country, unless it’s authorized by Executive Management, has been halted
    • Employees who have travelled to other countries or affected area have to stay home for a period of 14 days and we facilitate work from home if possible.
    • Employees who do not feel well or who have been in contact with people at risk need to stay home.
    • We limit access to our offices and plants.
    • We continually assess our supply chain to minimize risk.
    • Employees must wash their hands regularly and use the hand sanitizers that are installed in all our plants.
    • We ask our employees to minimize physical contact.
    • We do extra cleaning of work areas and common surfaces.

We will continue to monitor the situation.  As already mentioned, our plants remain fully operational, but if anything arises that needs immediate attention including item availability, or shipping delays please let us know without delay.

Thank you.  Our thoughts are with all those affected by this pandemic.
